(1)血管肿型 一般痔核小，色米红，我膜薄，或有糜烂面易出血，主要含毛细血管。其病
理改变相当于临床一期内痔。
(2)静脉瘤型痔核一般中等大,可见明显的静脉曲张和触及动脉,黏膜较厚，有丛状隆起，
色紫或暗红，出血较少,但如损伤可导致射血。此型多见于二期内痔。
2 (3) 纤维肿型痔核一般较大，质韧,色常 为谈红，或灰白，黏膜有结绪组织增生，不常出血。
此型多见于三期内痔。
内痔疮的初期表现临床表现
(便血 多见于一.二期内痔，当排便时或粪便排出后出血,不排粪时不出血，常是间歇性、
性、周期性。血色鲜红,有时染便纸，有时滴血,有时射血。经常多量出血,可引起严重贫血。

1)便血，色鲜红,或无症状。肛门镜检查:齿线上方黏膜隆起,表面色谈红。多见于期内痔。

3)排便或增加腹压时，肛内肿物脱出，不能自行复位，需休息后或手法复位，甚者可发生嵌
顿，伴有剧烈疼痛，便血少见或无。肛门镜检查:齿线上方有黏膜隆起,表面多有纤维化。多见
